The Department shall be responsible for the following, among others:

• Institutional Strategic Plans/Policies Development;
• Strategic Planning, Policies Implementation and Education;
• Resource Mobilisation and Utilisation; and,
• Planning and scheduling of Lecture time-table with the appropriate bodies.
